After a break in December, Jesus Club (JC) resumed this month as we ushered in the new year with our respective JC families.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As is their tradition, JC@BFEC kicked off the year with a BBQ.  It was a lovely family gathering with conversations at the BBQ grill (explains the burnt food!) and over dinner. They also played party games and sang with gusto JC top hits (cue \u201cMighty Mighty Saviour\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At JC@LKBC, the highlight of the night was coming together to intercede for a member\u2019s mum who had to undergo an emergency eye operation. It was encouraging to see everyone carry this member\u2019s burden by uniting in prayer to the God alone who heals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JC@BA started the year by reflecting on the topic of prayer. They learnt that prayer is talking to God based on who He is. This big idea was then reinforced through a fun activity where everyone made their own prayer box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we begin another year of JC, do pray for us to keep God\u2019s Word central in our meetings and in our interactions as we speak the truth in love to one another. Please also pray that as we do this, God\u2019s Spirit will powerfully work salvation and growth among us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
